8 years agoFriendly staff and cool environment. Drinks might be a buck more or so, but they make up in quality and strength. Not your normal college bar drink. Always worth a visit!

13 years agoStopped in for a drink; ended up staying for many. Great place with great service. Good selection of beers on tap and in bottle, and, most importantly, decent selection of Bourbon that included all the B's and a few others

7 years agoCame their to let go of the stress for the year. A great spot with friends. I had the "Liquid Chronic" and I enjoyed that. Then I had the "GA Peach". Let me tell you about THAT drink, when the bartender warns you about drinking that, PLEASE listen. 3rd sip and I felt it! Delicious, but man it'll hit you fast! The atmosphere had good vibes. If you are gonna stay there for over an hour, just park in a deck. Chances are you will be walking through town anyway.

9 years agoBest bar in Athens. Great beer selection, both draft and can. Cool environment and layout. Great service and location. Best happy hour in town (dollar off from 5 to 10). Tile floor makes dancing fun, but not much space to dance.

year agoGreat place and atmosphere to watch the dawgs play. Huge 2 floor and rooftop bar that can serve hundreds of people. More adult than most bars downtown.

5 years agoSometimes you just want a cold beer, a decent glas of wine or a strong mixed drink — in a happy place with friendly service! Allgood Lounge is all that and a little more. Ample of bar seating and even a few spots outdoor. If only due to COVID-restrictions drinks weren’t served in plastic cups. Until next time!

month agoThe two bartenders this week were great. And the drinks were reasonably priced. Enjoyed their cocktails and hanging out with my friends at Allgood. It's summer in Athens so it wasn't busy but the bartenders were friendly and attentive. Glad the rooftop patio was open on Thursday!
